Dr. V.S. Chauhan

I visited Fortis on recommendation of my Doctor for Hernia Surgery. Though The Surgeon Dr. V.S Chauhan and his team is very Very nice and Satisfactory, the hospital compelled me to deposit RS. 50,000/- before admission on the pretext that it will be refunded on discharge on receiving the payment from my insurer, on discharge they told my wife that the refund wii be credited to my account within three days. After three days when I contacted they told it will take another 2-3 days. Again after three days they told me that the payment failed due to insufficient funds and now they will make the payment through NEFT and I was forced to fill a form for that and told me that I will get the refund in 5-7 days. Now it is almost 15 days after my discharge, I am still waiting to receive my money back. I don't know who is responsible and how I will get the money back. The Hospital's Accounts people are not at all interested in refunding the money. It is a shocking joke on the patient who has to follow up many days for refund of his own money.

The way you treat your patient is awesome. Your friendly behavior, cheerful nature, and positive approach to the patient are what we need more than the medicines and you have all these traits. Thank You for being Rashmi's surgeon. PThanks for everything Dr. Vikrant.

I want to shout out for Dr. Vs Chauhan sir who has done the major surgery for my father for hernia and also provides the treatment for cellulitis in lower limb very effectively at the very bad stage.. the surgery for hernia was very risky as my father is the patient of osa as well and due to which all of the best surgeons in my town have denied to take a risk for surgery but VS Chauhan sir has performed this surgery by considering all the risk factors in order to minimize the risk and I must say the surgery was performed very well. He is such a cool, friendly and polite person and always spread positivity towards his patients. I must recommend him..great job done sir and a big thanks for you 🙂
